Parcel North shows the official land parcel at a location you choose (your GPS position or a point you tap) using data obtained, in accordance with their terms of use, from publicly accessible official TRNC state sources.
The first parcel searches are free and need no account. To keep searching after that you can sign in with Google in the app (Account) and buy search credits. When you sign in, Google sends us your name, email address and Google account identifier; we use them only to keep your credit balance and recognise you when you sign in again. We store your balance and every change to it (credits bought, credits used, the date of each) and link your account to the app's anonymous device identifier. While you are signed in, your parcel searches can be linked to your account; we use that only to count free searches and credits.
Buying credits in the app. Payment is made through Google Play. Google handles your payment details under its own privacy policy; we receive the order reference, the product bought and its status, and never see your card. The full account terms are on tagmac.dev/privacy and tagmac.dev/terms.
When you order a report we store, under an order number: the email address you give (required, to send the report), your name if you give it, the parcel you name (district, village, block/parcel), the items you choose and their total, and the details a chosen item needs — old deed numbers for the location item; for the inheritance share table, the date of death and the family details you write. We use them only to prepare and deliver your report and to answer you about the order. We do not store your IP address with the order.
Payment. You pay on Revolut's secure checkout page (Revolut Bank UAB). Revolut receives your card details, name, email and the order number you enter, under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card number; we see that a payment arrived, its amount and the order number.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message and your phone number are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) and kept in our WhatsApp account so we can reply.
Query records are kept for product analytics and to improve cadastral coverage. For any privacy request, contact [email protected]. Account data is kept while you have an account; credit and payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require.
Order records (email, name, parcel, items, payment confirmation) are kept as long as needed to deliver the report, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. Family details given for an inheritance table are deleted 90 days after the report is delivered, unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up.
Deleting your account. If you signed in, you can delete your account yourself in the app (Account → Delete account) or on tagmac.dev/account. This erases your name, e-mail address and Google identifier, ends your sign-ins and unlinks your devices. Unused credits are lost. Credit and payment records are kept without your name or e-mail, as accounting rules require. If you cannot sign in, e-mail us from the address of your account and we delete it within 30 days.
You can also ask us to delete the data the app has stored about your device without an account, which is keyed only to the anonymous device identifier described above. To request deletion:
What is deleted: all stored query records linked to your device (coordinates, timestamps, the device identifier itself). What is kept: parcel records themselves — they describe land, not persons, and once merged into our cadastral dataset they carry no link to your device. We confirm completed deletions by reply within 30 days.
For an order, write from the email address you ordered with and give the order number (PN-…). We delete the order details except what accounting rules require us to keep (order number, amount, date).

İlk parsel aramaları ücretsizdir ve hesap gerektirmez. Sonrasında aramaya devam etmek için uygulamada (Hesap) Google ile giriş yapıp arama kredisi alabilirsiniz. Giriş yaptığınızda Google bize adınızı, e-posta adresinizi ve Google hesap kimliğinizi gönderir; bunları yalnızca kredi bakiyenizi tutmak ve tekrar girişte sizi tanımak için kullanırız. Bakiyenizi ve her değişikliğini (alınan, kullanılan kredi ve tarihleri) saklar, hesabınızı uygulamanın anonim cihaz kimliğine bağlarız. Giriş yapmışken parsel aramalarınız hesabınıza bağlanabilir; bunu yalnızca ücretsiz aramaları ve kredileri saymak için kullanırız.
Uygulamada kredi almak. Ödeme Google Play üzerinden yapılır. Ödeme bilgileriniz Google'ın kendi gizlilik politikası altında işlenir; biz sipariş referansını, alınan ürünü ve durumunu görürüz, kartınızı görmeyiz. Hesap koşullarının tamamı tagmac.dev/privacy ve tagmac.dev/terms sayfalarındadır.
Rapor sipariş ettiğinizde bir sipariş numarası altında şunları saklarız: verdiğiniz e-posta adresi (zorunlu, raporu göndermek için), verirseniz adınız, belirttiğiniz parsel (ilçe, köy, ada/parsel), seçtiğiniz kalemler ve toplamı, ve seçtiğiniz kalemin gerektirdiği bilgiler — konum kalemi için eski koçan numaraları; miras pay tablosu için ölüm tarihi ve yazdığınız aile bilgileri. Bunları yalnızca raporunuzu hazırlamak, teslim etmek ve siparişle ilgili size cevap vermek için kullanırız. Siparişle birlikte IP adresinizi saklamayız.
Ödeme. Ödemeyi Revolut'un güvenli ödeme sayfasında yaparsınız (Revolut Bank UAB). Kart bilgileriniz, adınız, e-postanız ve girdiğiniz sipariş numarası Revolut'a, kendi gizlilik politikası altında gider. Kart numaranızı görmeyiz ve saklamayız; yalnızca ödemenin geldiğini, tutarını ve sipariş numarasını görürüz.
WhatsApp'tan yazarsanız, mesajınız ve telefon numaranız WhatsApp (Meta) tarafından işlenir ve size cevap verebilmemiz için WhatsApp hesabımızda kalır.
Sorgu kayıtları ürün analitiği ve kadastro kapsamını geliştirmek için tutulur. Gizlilik talepleri için: [email protected]. Hesap verileri hesabınız durdukça tutulur; kredi ve ödeme kayıtları muhasebe kurallarının gerektirdiği süre saklanır.
Sipariş kayıtları (e-posta, ad, parsel, kalemler, ödeme teyidi) raporu teslim etmek, iadeleri yürütmek ve muhasebe yükümlülüklerini karşılamak için gerektiği sürece tutulur. Miras tablosu için verilen aile bilgileri, rapor teslim edildikten 90 gün sonra silinir; devam eden bir iş için saklanmasını isterseniz tutulur.
Hesabınızı silmek. Giriş yaptıysanız hesabınızı uygulamada (Hesap → Hesabı sil) ya da tagmac.dev/account sayfasında kendiniz silebilirsiniz. Bu, adınızı, e-postanızı ve Google kimliğinizi siler, oturumlarınızı kapatır ve cihaz bağlarını kaldırır. Kullanılmamış krediler kaybolur. Kredi ve ödeme kayıtları, muhasebe kurallarının gerektirdiği şekilde adınız ve e-postanız olmadan saklanır. Giriş yapamıyorsanız hesabınızın e-posta adresinden bize yazın, 30 gün içinde sileriz.
Hesap olmadan cihazınızla ilgili saklanan verilerin (yalnızca yukarıda anlatılan anonim cihaz kimliğine bağlı) silinmesini de isteyebilirsiniz. Silme talebi için:
Silinenler: cihazınıza bağlı tüm sorgu kayıtları (koordinatlar, zaman damgaları ve cihaz kimliğinin kendisi). Silinmeyenler: parsel kayıtları — bunlar kişiyi değil araziyi tanımlar ve veri setimize katıldıktan sonra cihazınızla hiçbir bağ taşımaz. Tamamlanan silme işlemini 30 gün içinde yanıtla teyit ederiz.
Bir sipariş için, sipariş verdiğiniz e-posta adresinden yazın ve sipariş numarasını (PN-…) belirtin. Muhasebe kurallarının saklamamızı gerektirdikleri dışında (sipariş numarası, tutar, tarih) sipariş bilgilerini sileriz.
